Envirograf Surface Mounted Fire & Smoke Seals
This surface-mounted fire and smoke intumescent strips benefits from easy installation and is the perfect solution for existing doors that require a fire & smoke rating.
This product is dispatched in either a single door set or double door set pack, which contains everything you need including intumescent paper for use around lock and hinge areas and ‘fire door’ stickers.
Envirograf ES-SDS/DDS is fire & smoke resistant and comes tested to BS476 Part 20:22. A 3½mm or greater gap down the closing stile and across the door head is all that is required. Seals fit directly over hinges with no hinge bind and no special gap is necessary on hinge side. Once fitted the face of the seal can be painted, although the brush smoke seal must NOT be painted. If the brush is painted in error it is easy to replace. The seals have a self-adhesive backing but pins are also supplied for added security of fitting.
