Product Description
Envirograf offer various systems for upgrading flat panelled doors to fire doors.
There are four types of product to apply to the panels of the door to upgrade to 30 or 60 minutes passive fire protection
ES/MP/900 is a 900mm wide fire rated white Intumescent card 1mm thick to adhere to the panel.

Pine Door Kit
Pine Veneer Faced Intumescent Material 1200mm x 1200mm

We have been supplying our door upgrade products for many years and during this time we’ve been co-operating with Building Control Officers, and are widely recognised and approved. However we always recommend seeking approval for our systems by asking your local Building Control Officer (or relevant authority) first, before upgrading your doors to avoid any unnecessary problems with their approval.
Product Performance
Achieved in excess of 30 minutes of fire resistance on softwood doors made from 31mm stiles and rails, and panels 6mm.
For 60 minutes doors the thickness of the door should be 44mm minimum.
The intumescent card, ply & veneer have all been fully tested to BS476 Part 22 (1987) on newly-manufactured and old doors, at UKAS-approved test centres. Also tested at VNE to European Standard EN 1363-1 (2000).
