Can be used to protect steel requiring only 2 hrs fire protection,  reducing product requirements compared to other intumescents.

CE marked product with European Technical Assessment ETA-18/0890. It meets the requirements of BS476 part 20/21, ASTM E84 and EN 13381-8. Reaction to Fire Class B-s1, d0 (EN 13501-1)

Low VOCs and is specially designed as passive fire protection for hollow sections, beams and columns subject to rapid increase in temperature.

Steelmaster 1200WF is Quality Guaranteed by Exova Warrington Fire Research to protect steel I-sections, hollow sections, beams and columns with up to 3 hours fire protection.

Steelmaster 1200WF Intumescent Paint can be used as a midcoat or finish coat in atmospheric environments and for carbon steel substrates should be applied on approved primers, such as Pilot QD or Penguard Express.

Steelmaster 1200WF Intumescent Paint contributes to the Green Buildings Standard Credits, it is CE marked product with European Technical Assessment ETA-18/0890. It meets the requirements of BS476 part 20/21, ASTM E84 and EN 13381-8.

Steelmaster 1200WF Intumescent Paint has low VOCs and is specially designed as passive fire protection for steel constructions, it is suitable for structural steel to be used internally.

Steelmaster 1200WF Intumescent Paint can be applied up to 690 microns by airless spray. Brush or roller application is only recommended for stripe coating and small areas,  multicoats may be required to achieve the recommended DFT.

Steelmaster 1200WF Intumescent Paint may be overcoated with any approved topcoat such as Pioner Topcoat or Hardtop CA both available in a wide range of RAL or BS Colours.
