Envirograf intumescent block grills offer over 4 hours fire protection and 90% airflow. Can be manufactured to many sizes for all your fire rated ventilation requirements. Sizes from 50mm to 1000mm.

ADVANTAGES

– For use where PVC electrical trunking passes through brick, block or concrete fire barrier walls, floors and ceilings- Can also be used in plasterboard partition walls

– Will crush melting PVC trunking and cables in a fire, filling the gap to prevent fire and smoke spreading

– Provides effective insulation for metal trunking, absorbing the heat from the trunking to prevent it from spreading through the structure

– Materials will not degrade, lasting a lifetime in-situ

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Order the block grille to suit the opening to be protected. The block grille simply pushes into

place. Mastic or silicone sealant can be used around the edges if required. Grilles can be made

with lugs to screw into place for ceiling applications if required. Any type of grille front can be

used or Envirograf front plates can be supplied (available in standard sizes or can be made to

suit).

New Block Grille – this is a complete unit with front plate attached. Block grille section pushes

into the opening and the whole unit is secured in place with screws through the attached front

plate.
