Envirograf EP/CP Primer is a water-based, clear adhesion primer to apply over existing painted surfaces before applying Envirograf EP/CP Fire Protection Coating particularly where there is distemper, dirt or dust.
Product Performance
Tested to BS476 Parts 20, 22, and 23 (1987), applied to plaster-coated 9mm thick plasterboard affixed to a timber-stud partition, achieving integrity and insulation of 71 minutes.
Tested to BS476 Part 21 (1987), applied to 12½mm thick plasterboard beneath a loaded timber floor, achieving a fire resistance of 61 minutes (insulation, integrity, and load-bearing capacity).
Tested to BS476 Part 21 (1987), applied to a load-bearing lath-and-plaster ceiling, achieving 60 minutes fire resistance (insulation, integrity, and load-bearing capacity).
